Orders may be cancelled before production or processing has started, subject to order status.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many KGS products are custom-made or produced according to customer requirements.

Once production, customization, or manufacturing has started, cancellation may not be possible. This is because materials, labor, customization, and production resources may already have been allocated to the order.

Order Changes

If you need to change product specifications, size, color, logo, or other customization details, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible depending on the production status.
